Back home, though not fully. I’ve been away this week, on a summer camp with 36 very active children + 6 fantastic youth leaders, and I think my mind is still there. Worrying, thinking, playing,… My ever watching eye looking for little problems to solve. It’s what I signed up for when I joined Kazou
Since then I’ve done some thinking here and there. Originally, I had told myself that this camp would be my last. I had even made a list of reasons why to justify my decision. But now that it is over, I don’t feel like giving up my most rewarding hobby. So forget what I’ve said in the past, I’ve relativized my little list*1 and changed my mind. I guess Kazou will see me again next year!
I’m glad I’ve made this decision now. You should never have to regret your choices and I think I still have things to teach the new generation :p
Besides, who could say “no” to this bucket of joy?
*1 I am *not* too old, university and preparations *can* be mixed, my ‘adversaries’ in the organisation can go [
censored] themselves and I *am* good at this!

Fine greetings to you and welcome to *my* personal space on the web!
After leaving the blogosphere for a few months I decided it was time for a new online bulletin board for my thoughts and experiences! As you may have guessed, I’ll be writing in English most of the time instead of Dutch. Why? I don’t know, really… ’cause I want to? Well, that’s good enough for me
I’ll try to keep this blog up-to-date and somewhat interesting, but it’s main purpose is to get certain things off my chest or to hold my thoughts for later, so don’t expect high-standard discussions here :p
To give you a quick tour:
- If you don’t know me and you care: About Philles
- To the right: a list of blogs I like. This list is not fixed, so more may be added in time.
- Life list (top):
This was basically the starting point for making this site. I didn’t quite knew where to post this list, so I made a place. Also, n°22 on the list used to be “Make my own blog”. Instead of scratching it I decided to be brave and replace it with a new point. I can only advise you to make a life list of your own! Whether you write it down or you keep it inside your head, everyone needs to have some goals in their life.
I don’t think there’s much else that needs to be said, but I do hope you enjoy coming here as much as I hope to enjoy writing here!
Grtz
